At Jain Irrigation Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
